Part-Time BCBA Needed for Supervision Hours
We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide limited supervision hours for one of our clients. This is a part-time opportunity requiring just a few hours per month.
Position Details:
- Client Info: The initial evaluation and treatment plan have already been completed.
- Supervision Required: 5-10% of the client's 25-hour intervention schedule.
- School setting in Doral (morning hours)
- RBT Support: One RBT is assigned to the case.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct monthly supervision of the assigned RBT in accordance with BACB requirements.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and ongoing support to the RBT implementing the behavior plan.
- Ensure treatment integrity by reviewing data collection and making necessary program adjustments.
- Collaborate with parents, school staff, and other team members as needed.
- Submit required supervision documentation and progress updatesExperience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, especially children
- Strong skills in patient assessment, data collection, and behavioral health interventions
