Are you an experienced accountant with a passion for the automotive industry? 405 Motors in Woodinville, WA, is seeking a skilled Accountant to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional to contribute to the financial operations of a fast-paced, customer-focused automotive dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Prepare and process invoices, payroll, and other financial transactions
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Collaborate with management to optimize cost-saving opportunities and streamline processes
- Support audits and assist with tax filings
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in the automotive or dealership industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- CPA certification is a plus
