Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Press Brake Set-Up Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a hands-on position for someone who can independently set up, program, and operate press brake equipment while maintaining high quality standards.

Schedule: Full-time, overtime available

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC press brake machines
Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
Select proper tooling and perform machine adjustments
Perform first-piece and in-process quality inspections
Measure parts using calipers, tape measures, and other precision tools
Troubleshoot setup and production issues
Maintain a safe and organized work area

Qualifications:

Previous press brake setup experience required
Ability to read blueprints and work from specifications
Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes
Experience with CNC controls preferred
Ability to lift materials and work in a manufacturing environment
Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
