What Youll Do
As our Administrative Coordinator, youll help power the heartbeat of our office. Your work directly supports caregivers, strengthens families, and keeps care moving forward.
You will:
- Serve as a key connection point for caregivers, staff, and client families
- Coordinate caregiver schedules and help maintain reliable shift coverage
- Support the hiring process, including interview scheduling and onboarding assistance
- Track caregiver availability, PTO requests, and schedule adjustments
- Maintain organized client and caregiver documentation
- Assist with billing preparation and reporting support
- Manage office supply ordering and administrative workflows
- Prepare professional correspondence and internal communications
- Support leadership with calendar coordination and meeting logistics
- Communicate with referral partners, vendors, and families to support care coordination
- Participate in team meetings and office initiatives
- Help strengthen quality improvement and compliance tracking efforts
- Manage and grow company social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, and more)
- Promote events, celebrate caregivers, and engage our community online
This role blends operations + communication + creativity + coordination
