Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process invoices while ensuring accuracy
- Maintain billing records
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Attention to detail
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficient in Quickbooks
- Bilingual is a plus
- Strong organizational skills
