Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible School Psychologist certification/license in Tennessee
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, IEPs, FBA/BIPs, and special education processes
- Experience providing psychological and educational evaluations in school settings
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with students, staff, and families
- Ability to organize and manage documentation, and multitask effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and interpret results to identify student needs
- Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of IEPs
- Provide individual and group counseling to support students’ social and emotional growth
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to promote student success
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design interventions and conduct Functional Behavior Assessments
- Assist in crisis intervention and prevention initiatives within the school
- Maintain records, reports, and proper documentation in compliance with policies and timelines
