Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, contract role extends for the entire academic year from September 3, 2026, through June 23, 2027, working with students in kindergarten through 5th grade. Key Qualifications:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Massachusetts
- Previous experience within a school or pediatric environment preferred

- Commitment to providing inclusive, developmentally appropriate interventions
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess students for occupational therapy needs, developing individualized plans to enhance participation and functional skills in the educational setting
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services in classrooms and other school environments
- Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams regarding strategies and accommodations to support student growth
- Maintain detailed documentation of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans in compliance with school and legal requirements
- Offer input at IEP meetings and support families in understanding therapy goals and progress
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and continuing education relevant to school-based OT
