We are seeking a Software Product Manager-Senior Level with deep expertise in Health Insurance Payor and Claims Software. This role will drive product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for advanced applications that integrate AI and ML technologies to transform healthcare claims processing. The ideal candidate combines technical fluency with exceptional stakeholder communication skills, ensuring alignment across internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for healthcare payor/claims applications.
• Translate market, regulatory, and client needs into clear product requirements.
• Partner with engineering, data science, and AI/ML teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead pre‐sales and post‐sales product engagement, supporting client demos, pilots, and adoption.
• Manage product lifecycle: ideation, prioritization, development, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and claims processing standards.
• Drive stakeholder alignment across executives, clients, and cross‐functional teams.

  • Proficiency in Python and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, model deployment, and healthcare data standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years in Product Management, with at least 3+ years in healthcare payor/claims software.
• Demonstrated success in launching and scaling enterprise applications.
• Strong technical background with AI/ML integration experience.
