Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers in a Contract role based in Centennial, Colorado. This position focuses on helping individuals with restoration-related concerns, documenting conversations accurately, and providing calm, detail-focused assistance during potentially sensitive situations. The ideal candidate is confident handling both outbound and inbound calls, brings strong attention to detail, and can work independently after a short training period.
Responsibilities:
• Place outbound calls to customers and respond to incoming inquiries related to seasonal restoration needs.
• Record key details from customer conversations and maintain accurate updates within customer account records.
• Enter and organize information across multiple systems while ensuring consistency and completeness.
• Provide courteous service during each interaction and address questions with patience and care.
• Support customers who may be frustrated due to property damage by using empathy and de-escalation techniques.
• Complete administrative tasks connected to customer communications and account follow-up.
• Manage daily work independently after onboarding and maintain productivity with limited supervision.
• Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment.
• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls with confidence and professionalism.
• Strong data entry skills and careful attention to detail when updating records.
• Clear verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Demonstrated ability to remain calm and empathetic in challenging customer situations.
• Comfortable performing administrative support tasks alongside customer-facing responsibilities.
