Home Health Business Development Representative Overview:

  • Competitive Compensation: $50,000 – $70,000 base pay + uncapped commission
  • Support activities of the entire Sales team to ensure incoming clients are handled with care and smoothly transitioned into the company

Home Health Business Development Representative Role and Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through proactive outside sales efforts, including daily cold calling, lead generation, and relationship building with existing and potential clients
  • Prepares and conducts presentations regarding Interim Healthcare
  • Establishes a territory and key targeted account plans for effective market coverage
  • Ability to accomplish goals under short deadlines, changing priorities, and minimal supervision
  • Conduct sales meetings to determine a client's needs, situations, and problems as well as Interim's ability to meet client needs and resolve client issues
  • Seeking an eager individual with a drive for customer service; may be responsible for completing quality assurance calls directly to patients and caregivers.


Qualifications for a Home Health Business Development Representative:

  • Bachelor's Degree (business-related) or equivalent work experience/training
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience with comparable customers
  • Home Health Sales experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and own means of transportation
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and / or evening hours as needed
