Customer Sales Representative - Entry Level Opening, Paid Training!
This is an in-person position
We’re looking for a motivated Customer Sales Representative who enjoys helping customers find the right solutions while driving results. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and is excited to learn the foundations of sales and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best products or services
- Provide in-person support and walk customers through available options
- Maintain strong product knowledge to address questions and guide decision-making
- Meet daily and weekly sales goals
- Deliver a positive, professional customer experience at every interaction
- Assist with follow-ups, order processing, and basic administrative tasks
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-energy team environment
Requirements
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A friendly, outgoing, and solution-focused mindset
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Pay scale and Benefits:
- Pay range of $600-$1000 weekly.
- Bonus: Performance bonus based on company profitability and individual contributions.
- Benefits: PTO.
- Commission: Performance-based commission for meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- This position does not offer traditional benefits such as health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, or retirement plans at this time.
