Customer Sales Representative - Entry Level Opening, Paid Training!

This is an in-person position

We’re looking for a motivated Customer Sales Representative who enjoys helping customers find the right solutions while driving results. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and is excited to learn the foundations of sales and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best products or services
  • Provide in-person support and walk customers through available options
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to address questions and guide decision-making
  • Meet daily and weekly sales goals
  • Deliver a positive, professional customer experience at every interaction
  • Assist with follow-ups, order processing, and basic administrative tasks
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-energy team environment

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • A friendly, outgoing, and solution-focused mindset
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Pay scale and Benefits:

  • Pay range of $600-$1000 weekly.
  • Bonus: Performance bonus based on company profitability and individual contributions.
  • Benefits: PTO.
  • Commission: Performance-based commission for meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • This position does not offer traditional benefits such as health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, or retirement plans at this time.
