SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Location: Atlanta, GA
Salary: $60-90K- Commensurate with Experience

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our North American lighting and lighting control markets. This role is responsible for accurate order processing, proactive customer communication, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and process customer orders within internal systems
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner
- Provide product information and general support to customers
- Coordinate with Sales and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
- Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system (HubSpot)
- Address customer issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve concerns efficiently
- Support additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior experience in order entry, customer service, or a related role
- Bookkeeping/AR experience preferred but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Lighting or lighting controls industry experience preferred
