Job Title: Phlebotomist Technician (Allied) Location: 330 Mount Auburn Street, Cambridge, Massachusetts, 02138 Shift: Day Shift 8:00 AM Start Weekly Hours: 40 (Guaranteed) Contract Length: 13 Weeks Rate: Open to Negotiation
Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented EKG Technician/Phlebotomist to join our team at a well-established healthcare facility in Cambridge, MA. This role requires a versatile professional skilled in both phlebotomy and EKG procedures.
Responsibilities Include:
<ul>
<li>Performing phlebotomy and specimen collection</li>
<li>Conducting EKGs and related cardiovascular diagnostic testing</li>
<li>Handling patient registration and data entry</li>
<li>Accessioning and processing laboratory specimens</li>
<li>Providing excellent customer service to patients and staff</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Minimum 3 6 months of relevant experience preferred</li>
<li>Strong communication and multitasking skills</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>COVID-19 vaccination + booster required at the time of submission (no exceptions or declinations accepted)</li>
<li>Local candidates only</li>
<li>Candidates must not have worked (perm or travel) at any Beth Israel facility within the past 12 months</li>
