Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Los Angeles. This contract-to-permanent role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in supporting daily office functions and facilitating clear communication across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. Monitor and respond to email correspondence promptly and professionally. Draft, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Word and Excel. Track and order office supplies to ensure adequate inventory. Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining records. Use Microsoft Outlook for email management and calendar scheduling. Assist with event and meeting coordination, including logistics and materials. Maintain an organized and efficient office environment. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners. Provide administrative support to other team members as needed.Previous administrative experience in a real estate or property management setting is required. Working knowledge of property management software such as Yardi and/or MRI is strongly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience with scheduling and calendar management for teams or executives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a detail oriented and =+ years of experience tone. Ability to manage email correspondence with accuracy, clarity, and attention to confidentiality. Familiarity with basic office equipment and general administrative procedures. High level of attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy and follow-through.
