Now Hiring: Welders – Entry-Level & Experienced | MIG | Fabrication | Prior Lake, MN
Location: Prior Lake, MN
Job Type: Full-Time | 1st & 2nd Shifts Available
Pay: Competitive, based on experience/weld test

Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
What You’ll Do:
- Perform MIG welding on a variety of custom products
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans (training provided for entry-level)
- Assist with layout, tacking, and fabrication
- Work in a job shop environment where every day brings something new
- Follow all safety procedures and use provided PPE
What We’re Looking For:
- Entry-Level: Welding school graduates or individuals with a strong interest in welding and mechanical work
- Experienced: Proficiency in MIG welding, blueprint reading, and fabrication
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to use tape measures and basic shop math

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $32.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
