Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Colorado
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred
  • Previous experience providing speech therapy services in a school setting
  • Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation requirements
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
  • Flexibility to manage a caseload determined by student needs

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations to identify speech and language challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students from diverse backgrounds
  • Provide both direct and consultative services to students as outlined in their IEPs
  • Maintain up-to-date records and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Collaborate regularly with teachers, families, and other school professionals
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions, adapting strategies to maximize student progress
