Now hiring CDL-A drivers for a regional dedicated retail delivery position based in Columbus, OH / Van Buren, OH. This role offers consistent freight, steady miles, and flexible scheduling options, making it ideal for drivers looking for reliable income and predictable routes.

Drivers will deliver retail freight to store locations and complete backhaul pickups across Midwest and Eastern regional lanes.

Route & Freight Details

• Regional runs across:
  • OH, IN, IL, MI, KY, PA, NY, VA, WV, MO
• Average:
  • ~1,900 miles per week
  • ~8 loads per week
  • ~10 stops per load
• Freight includes:
  • Retail store deliveries
• 100% no-touch freight
• Mix of:
  • Store deliveries (receiver unload)
  • Vendor pickups
  • Third-party backhauls

Schedule & Shift Options

This position offers multiple scheduling structures depending on lane assignment:

Standard Schedule (Most Drivers)

• Monday – Friday
• Start time:
  • 2:00 AM – 6:00 AM
• Home weekly (34-hour reset)

Rotating Weekend Schedule (Select Routes)

• Monday – Friday + rotating weekend day
• Required to work:
  • 1 Saturday or Sunday every 3 weeks
• Same start window:
  • 2:00 AM – 6:00 AM

Typical workday: 10–14 hours
Consistent early morning dispatch

Pay & Compensation

• Avg Weekly Pay: $1,400–$1,650
• Avg Annual Pay: $72,000 – $74,000+

Mileage Pay:

• $0.60 – $0.66 CPM

Additional Pay:

• Stop pay: $5–$20 (based on time increments)
• $25 hazmat load pay

Equipment & Work Setup

• Sleeper tractors (Freightliner & International)
• 53' dry van trailers
• Consistent freight lanes
• May assist other accounts if needed

Work Environment

• No-touch freight = minimal physical labor
• Multi-stop deliveries
• Early morning starts
• Flexible routing based on freight demand

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer experience required
• Must obtain:
  • Hazmat endorsement within 90 days
• Must be able to:
  • Run regional routes
  • Work early morning shifts
  • Work occasional weekend schedules
