Responsibilities:
• Supervise all site operations, including scheduling work, optimizing workflows, and managing installations.
• Monitor production targets to ensure efficient handling, storage, and maintenance of equipment.
• Develop and manage training programs for technicians and other staff to enhance team performance.
• Lead initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and minimizing equipment downtime.
• Ensure all work adheres to established safety protocols and quality standards.
• Organize and maintain site inventory, equipment readiness, and overall yard management.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement cost control measures to achieve operational goals.
• Collaborate with other branches and assist in setting up new service locations as needed.• Minimum of 5 years' experience in heavy equipment services or operations management.
• Strong technical expertise in machinery and attachment installation.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven ability to develop and manage teams.
• Proficient in interpreting technical manuals and quality specifications.
• Familiarity with job-tracking systems, with NetSuite experience being a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally.
