Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist/Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales across various channels. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for marketing in the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement content marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage social media accounts and execute social media marketing campaigns.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate on branding initiatives to ensure consistent messaging and positioning.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.
- Support campaign management across different marketing channels, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
- Coordinate public relations efforts to enhance the company's image and media presence.
- Assist in advertising campaigns, including digital and print media.
- Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
- Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track interactions and engagement.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and improve marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong skills in content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in market research and analytics tools.
- Experience with branding and campaign management.
- Familiarity with public relations and advertising strategies.
- Proficient in project management and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience with digital marketing tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Zoho, and MailChimp.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and strategies.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and able to produce reports and presentations.
