Must have a minimum of two years college education or training in paralegal work or resume with years of experience showing proper knowledge involving title commitments, reviewing and insuring title policies, knowledge of real estate taxes, preparing HUD and CD Statements. Strong math skills and personable personality a must. Must be able to deal with people during stressful times and multi task.
