- No weekends or on-call required\n
\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n
- \n
- Minimum 2 years of Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) experience in an outpatient or clinical setting\n
- Active Washington State RN license (or compact state license eligible for Washington)\n
- ONS/ONCC chemotherapy certification required\n
- Proficient in catheter changes and chemotherapy administration\n
- Ability to commit to a 26-week travel nursing contract\n
- At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of recent employment in oncology or urology nursing\n
\n\nOncology RN Responsibilities\n
- \n
- Administer Gemcitabine and/or Gemzar chemotherapy infusions for urology oncology patients\n
- Perform UDS, PTNS, catheter changes, CIC teaching, voiding trials, and injections\n
- Triage patient calls, manage in-basket tasks, and process medication refills using EPIC\n
- Deliver patient education and ongoing support throughout the treatment process\n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care\n
