What Youll Do
- Check patients in and out efficiently and warmly
- Answer phones and manage patient flow with confidence
- Handle billing and payment collection accurately
- Educate patients on supplements and clinic services
- Sell supplements and services with integrity and enthusiasm
- Teach potential patients about our concierge membership model and encourage enrollment
- Scan and upload documents into patient charts
- Support the clinical team by keeping operations smooth and organized
Clinic Hours
- MondayThursday: 7:00am6:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am5:00pm
- Flexible hours, with the expectation of consistency and reliability
