Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Forklift Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will ensure food safety and quality while adhering to plant-wide policies and procedures. This role involves transporting finished goods to various locations within the facility and requires a basic understanding of warehouse finished goods storage.
Responsibilities
- Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
- Understand and adhere to all plant-wide policies and procedures.
- Follow safety management standards and ensure effective pedestrian communication.
- Transport finished goods to different locations within the facility.
- Have a basic understanding of warehouse finished goods storage.
- Perform duties within a 5 high and 3 deep confined space racking system.
Essential Skills
- Forklift operation (3-4 years experience with sit-down forklift).
- Material handling (2-3 years experience).
- Forklift license and certification.
- Ability to stock products on forklift up to 30 feet above.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of handheld barcode scanner systems.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elma, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.83 - $20.33/hr.
