P&amp;A Recruiting is hiring on behalf of a confidential client that needs a strong, hands-on Warehouse Operations Manager ASAP.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
<ul>
<li>Running day-to-day warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, inventory) </li>
<li>Leading, coaching, and holding your team accountable</li>
<li>Driving productivity, efficiency, and output</li>
<li>Managing schedules, staffing, and labor needs </li>
<li>Ensuring inventory accuracy and clean processes</li>
<li>Enforcing safety standards and warehouse discipline</li>
<li>Identifying problems and fixing them without being told</li>
<li>Working cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and leadership </li>
</ul>
What We’re Looking For
<ul>
<li>2 to 3 years managing warehouse operations (REQUIRED)</li>
<li>Proven ability to lead teams and improve performance</li>
<li>Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments</li>
<li>Strong problem-solver who takes ownership</li>
<li>Comfortable being on the floor, not behind a desk</li>
<li>Forklift experience preferred </li>
<li>Reliable, driven, and results-focused </li>
