Job Description

We’re hiring a Clinical Supervisor (LCSW/Psy.D.) to join our Child & Adolescent Day Treatment School Program at Lifeline Center.

This is a full-time, weekday role (8am–4pm) leading a small team of clinicians in an OMH-licensed program serving youth ages 5–19 with complex behavioral health needs.

💼 What you’ll do:

• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship (team of 4–6 clinicians)
• Support staff in real-time during complex cases and behavioral crises
• Collaborate with psychiatry, educators, and interdisciplinary partners
• Help shape programming, documentation quality, and clinical standards

🧠 What we’re looking for:

• NYS LCSW or Psy.D. (required)
• 5+ years working with children/adolescents
• Supervisory experience
• Experience in OMH or high-acuity settings strongly preferred

💰 Compensation:

$85K–$95K + full benefits, 403(b), bonus eligibility, and 5 weeks annual leave
