Job Description
We're looking for a Financial Analyst who can do three things well: build models, run systems, and thinks seriously about what AI changes in finance.
This isn't a traditional analyst seat. You'll own forecasting cycles and variance analysis, but you'll also be in the weeds on ERP configuration, data integrity, and automation, contributing to how AI tools get built and adopted inside a finance function.
The role sits across three areas:
📊 FP&A
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages with variance analysis
• Maintain and enhance financial models for accuracy and scalability
• Deliver ad hoc analysis to support operational and strategic decisions
⚙️ Financial systems
• Administer ERP and FP&A platforms including SAP S/4HANA, Adaptive, Anaplan, and NetSuite
• Manage data integrity, user access, system configurations, and reporting hierarchies
• Drive automation of recurring reporting and workflows
• Troubleshoot system issues, coordinating with IT and vendors as needed
🤖 AI enablement
• Support development and deployment of AI-enabled tools for financial analysis and forecasting
• Identify use cases for automation, machine learning, and agent-based workflows
• Contribute to SAP S/4HANA Cloud capabilities including Joule and agentic AI
• Help design and test conversational finance workflows for reporting and planning tasks
