Wild Wing Cafe is reopening in Columbus, GA, and we're looking for an energetic, dependable, and people-focused Assistant Manager to join our team!
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll work alongside the General Manager to keep the restaurant running smoothly, build a strong team, deliver an awesome guest experience, and make sure every shift brings the food, fun, and hospitality Wild Wing Cafe is known for.
What You’ll Do:
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll help lead the restaurant by:
- Supporting the General Manager with day-to-day restaurant operations
- Leading, motivating, and developing team members
- Creating a fun, welcoming environment for guests and employees
- Ensuring excellent food quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality
- Helping recruit, train, coach, and retain great team members
- Managing shifts and making sure the restaurant is properly staffed
- Monitoring labor, food costs, inventory, and other operational goals
- Ensuring company policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed
- Handling guest concerns and finding solutions that keep guests coming back
- Supporting opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily restaurant administration
- Leading by example and jumping in wherever the team needs you
What We’re Looking For
Our ideal Assistant Manager:
- Has three years previous restaurant management or supervisory experience
- Is a strong leader who knows how to motivate a team
- Provides excellent guest service
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Can work in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant environment
- Is organized, dependable, and able to handle multiple priorities
- Understands basic restaurant operations, including labor, food cost, inventory, and scheduling
- Is available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Is committed to creating a positive workplace where people enjoy coming to work

Salary: $65,000 + bonus
