Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Beavercreek, Ohio. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in supporting member services and administrative operations while maintaining excellent customer relationships. This role requires strong organizational abilities, effective communication skills, and proficiency in relevant technology tools.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist members by providing a positive and attentive experience.
• Perform filing tasks and organize documentation to ensure records are maintained accurately.
• Enter data into organizational systems and upload essential documents as required.
• Address member concerns and inquiries, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, representing the company with excellent communication skills.
• Maintain and update databases, ensuring account information is current and accurate.
• Support administrative tasks such as account maintenance and general office duties.
• Collaborate with the team to strengthen member relationships and resolve issues effectively.
• Assist in coordinating seminars, including occasional evening events.
• Utilize technology tools, including Word and Excel, to complete tasks efficiently.• Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
• Proficiency in data entry and document management.
• Familiarity with technology tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel (beginner to intermediate level).
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy with a willingness to adapt to new tools and systems.
• Availability to assist with occasional evening seminars.
