Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Mid-Level Project Manager with a strong background in utilities and infrastructure projects to manage projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working on transmission, utilities, substations, upgrades, funding, and forecasting projects, along with strong stakeholder engagement skills. This role requires effective leadership, coordination across technical teams, and adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage projects across the full lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Develop detailed project plans including scope, schedules, milestones, budgets, resource allocation, and forecasts.
Manage and support projects related to Transmission, Utilities, Substations, System Upgrades, Funding, and Forecasting.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, construction, and utility stakeholders.
Monitor project performance, risks, and issues; implement corrective actions and mitigation plans.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Manage and report on project financials, including budgeting and cost forecasting.
Lead project meetings and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders, external partners, and senior management on project status.
Maintain accurate project documentation including schedules, plans, risk logs, and reports.
Support continuous improvement and implementation of project management best practices.
Required Skill
Proven experience working as a Project Manager or Project Management Consultant (PMC)
Experience managing projects in:
Transmission & Distribution
Utility Infrastructure
Substations
System Upgrades
Funding & Financial Forecasting
Strong experience with stakeholder engagement and coordination
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Pay Details: $65.00 to $67.00 per day
