AdStride is hiring a Media Buyer (Google Ads & Meta Ads) to plan, launch, and scale profitable campaigns across Google (Search, YouTube, Display, Performance Max) and Meta (Advantage+ and standard campaigns). You’ll own budgets, creative testing, and measurement (GA4, GTM, CAPI/server-side) for high-intent, direct-response funnels. We move fast, test rigorously, and reward results.

What you'll do

  • Plan & deploy full-funnel Google Ads (Search/Video/Display) & Performance Max to hit ROAS/CPL/CAC targets.

  • Build & scale Meta campaigns (incl. Advantage+ / ASC) with structured creative testing and audience strategies.

  • Instrument & measure: GA4 key events, GTM (client & server-side), and Meta Conversions API for durable tracking.

  • Optimize daily: budgets, bids, audiences, placements, and creative; produce clear, insight-led reports (Looker Studio + connectors).

  • Safeguard compliance & brand safety by adhering to Google Ads policies and Meta advertising standards. Google HelpMeta Transparency

Must-have qualifications

  • 3-5+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta Ads with ownership of $100k+/mo budgets.

  • Proven results in DR environments (lead gen/e-commerce), including PMax and Advantage+ rollout.

  • Strong analytics skills: GA4 (key events), GTM (incl. server-side), and Meta CAPI.

  • Excellent copy/creative testing chops and clear reporting cadence (Looker Studio).

Nice to have

  • Google Ads certifications (Search/Display/Video) and Meta Certified Media Buying Professional. Google HelpFacebook

  • Experience with data connectors (e.g., WeCanTrack) and advanced dashboards.
