We are a physician-owned integrative psychiatry clinic dedicated to providing holistic, personalized mental health care to our community. We specialize in innovative treatments like Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), hormone therapy, metabolic assessments, and medspa services—all under one roof.
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team on a part-time basis (24 hours per week). This role requires on-site clinical work at our Newport Beach location 3 days per week, with the ability to scale with extra telemedicine days to a full time position. On-site availability is a must.

What We Offer:
- 60-minute initial visits and 30-minute follow-ups—ensuring you have time to deliver quality care.
- 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. hours, Monday through Friday—no weekends, no on-call.
- Full administrative support including front office staff for scheduling, messages, intake forms, and a licensed vocational nurse to assist with provider admin tasks.
- Comprehensive training in our integrative treatment model and TMS therapy.
- Growth opportunities, including a pathway to an Assistant Medical Director role as we expand.
- The chance to work one-on-one with our esteemed Double Board-Certified Psychiatrist.
- Opportunities to train future providers and work with students as our clinic grows.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation Range: $75-$90 per hour depending on experience
- Compensation will be dependent upon education and experience
- All Providers are W2 employees
- Must have 3+ years of PMHNP experience
- This is a part time position working at our Newport Beach outpatient psychiatric services clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform psychiatric evaluations and assessments for mental health and substance use disorders.
- Conduct metabolic and hormone assessments, order and interpret lab results, and provide lifestyle coaching.
- Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating therapies like TMS, ketamine, hormone therapy, and metabolic assessments.
- Collaborate with our psychiatrist to ensure consistent, comprehensive care for our patients.
- Educate and empower patients to take an active role in their treatment.
- Provide TMS treatments and supervise TMS technicians when the medical director is unavailable.
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Advanced Practice Nursing
- Active CA license as a Nurse Practitioner
- Willingness to obtain Utah, Colorado, and Texas licenses.
- Board-certified in Psychiatric-Mental Health (PMHNP)
- Minimum 3 years of psychiatric experience, with a preference for those experienced in addiction medicine.
- TMS experience is a plus, but we’re happy to provide training.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Currently or recently credentialed with insurance panels a huge plus!
