Title: Licensed Practical Nurse
Location: Barre, VT 05641
Term: Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: 8, 12 or 16 hrs. Shifts&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
Start: ASAP

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>State LPN license.</li>
<li>BLS/CPR required.</li>
<li>Must be Vaccinated</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Min 1 -2 year of LPN experience&nbsp;in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred .</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Record a patient's medical history accurately.</li>
<li>Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.</li>
<li>Observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications etc.</li>
<li>Monitor patients' condition including fluid intake and output and compose patient charts.</li>
