Minimum Requirements
\n
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active State Physical Therapy License in Washington required to start the assignment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or long-term care setting preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with common SNF documentation systems and electronic medical records preferred.
- Experience treating geriatric populations and familiarity with restorative nursing programs preferred.
