Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful impact supporting middle school students as a School Psychologist in a dynamic educational environment. This contract position focuses on grades 6-8, working with approximately 40 students, and is an excellent opportunity for professionals passionate about student well-being and educational growth. You’ll collaborate closely with staff and parents to help students meet their individual goals, with workdays running from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, starting September 1st through December 23rd, 2026.

Key Qualifications:

  • Certification as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working with middle school students preferred
  • Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to conduct evaluations and interpret assessment results
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with school staff to ensure students’ IEPs are implemented effectively
  • Participate in team meetings with educators and guardians to review progress and update plans as needed
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to support student needs and educational planning
  • Serve as a resource for staff regarding behavioral, social, and emotional interventions
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records for all assigned students
  • Provide guidance and support to create safe, positive school experiences
