Summary:
The Home Visitor provides comprehensive services to families, working in partnership to identify strengths, establish goals, and develop short-term objectives. Staff partner with families on obtaining health requirements, screenings and on weekly home visiting plans. The Home Visit is responsible for setting up socializations that meet the family's needs and work on children’s goals.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Home Visiting CDA; OR equivalent coursework leading to an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or closely related field required.
- Bilingual preferred.
- One or more years’ experience working with children and parents required, preferably in a home-based program.
- CPR/First Aid certified preferred.
