Overview
Full Time Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW or LPC) - Port Lavaca, TX

Signet Health is currently recruiting a full-time Behavioral Health Therapist for the outpatient senior adult program at Memorial Medical Center. 

This is a Monday-Friday, day-shift position. 

Signet Health offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package with a salary range of $65 - $75k. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

<ul>
<li>Provide mental health counseling to individuals, groups, and families</li>
<li>Conducts initial assessments.</li>
<li>Provides crisis intervention as needed.</li>
<li>Assures maintenance of all case files and other records in strict compliance with policy and CMS regulations.</li>
<li>Coordinates treatment planning.</li>
<li>Assist with referral development and community education.</li>
</ul>

 
Responsibilities
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling</li>
<li>State clinical licensure or license-eligible in the state of TX. </li>
<li>A minimum of two years of related work experience highly desired</li>
</ul>
