About the Role:We’re looking for a Web Operations & Project Manager to join our growing marketing team. This role will serve as both the owner of our corporate website (built on HubSpot) and a central project manager for larger cross-team marketing initiatives. You’ll ensure our web presence is secure, scalable, updated, and optimized to drive pipeline, while also bringing structure and accountability to marketing’s strategic projects. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll balance technical ownership, vendor management, and cross-functional leadership.Responsibilities:

  • Own day-to-day management of our HubSpot website, ensuring uptime, security, scalability, and compliance.
  • Partner with IT, Product, and Marketing teams to manage the web roadmap and backlog, contributing to strategy, planning, and execution.
  • Oversee all stages of website improvements, from content entry to design enhancements, development, technical SEO, and QA, managing handoffs and upholding standards at every step.
  • Act as the main SME and advocate for all things web, serving as a liaison with stakeholders and team members across the business.
  • Manage integrations between HubSpot and other core systems (Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Collaborate with SEO/Content Lead to implement updates, publish, and measure website performance.
  • Establish and document website standards and requirements
  • Content Management & Development
  • Responsible for building new webpages in HubSpot.
  • Partner with marketing team to publish and optimize content across web properties.
  • Maintain governance over site content for consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment.
  • Technical Performance & Site Health
  • Ensure site performance meets standards for page speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall user experience.
  • Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and implement technical improvements.
  • Maintain accessibility compliance and audit the site regularly for errors, broken links, or security gaps.
  • Oversee site maintenance, plugin updates, and ensure the back end is technically sound, aligned with best practices.
  • Evaluate web-specific martech stack: Are we maximizing existing tools? Are there better options to meet our needs? Are plugins current and valuable?
  • Measurement & Analytics
  • Own holistic web reporting and dashboards.
  • Analyze site data to provide optimization opportunities, insights, and actionable recommendations.
  • Tell the “story” of site performance and visitor behavior in a way that drives decision-making.
  • Evaluate ROI and effectiveness of updates within a continuous improvement model.
  • Monitor key site health metrics (speed, load time, uptime) and drive enhancements.
  • Project Management (Marketing-Wide Initiatives)
  • Lead project management for Tier-1 marketing initiatives (e.g., website rebuilds, product launches, analyst relations, major events).
  • Develop timelines, milestones, and accountability frameworks across cross-functional teams.
  • Keep stakeholders aligned, spanning marketing, product, IT, sales, and external vendors.
  • Standardize processes for project tracking, reporting, and accountability.
  • Maintain centralized dashboards and provide regular updates to leadership.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing operations, website management, or project management (HubSpot CMS, Monday.com experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven success owning and optimizing large-scale B2B websites, ideally integrated with Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Strong technical understanding of web systems, security protocols, SEO, analytics, and integrations.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills — you keep projects moving and stakeholders aligned.
  • Experience managing vendors, agencies, and internal partners in a matrixed environment.
  • A “builder” mindset: you thrive on creating structure, improving processes, and scaling systems.
  • PMP, Agile, or related project management certification a plus.
