TMB has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Manager to provide support to a U.S. Navy program office.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily administrative operations to support government contracting activities.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local government regulations related to contract administration.
- Coordinate communication between internal departments and external government agencies.
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate documentation and reports required for contract management and audits.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management within the administrative team.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenditure related to administrative functions.
- Lead training initiatives to ensure staff are knowledgeable about government contracting requirements and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required.
- Candidates with prior experience providing support to a DoD/DON acquisition program office desired.
- Bachelor’s degree desired.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
