Client Communication & Support
- Answer inbound client calls and respond to email inquiries
- Research and provide information regarding client accounts
- Respond to questions and resolve concerns with clarity and professionalism
- Initiate and expire ACH payments upon request
- Calculate accurate payment amounts based on account status
- Request and process payment and fee adjustments as needed
- Upload and send client correspondence via email and mail
- Maintain a minimum average of 50 customer interactions per day
- Meet or exceed established phone performance metrics
Account Management
- Thoroughly document all client interactions in NLS (account management system)
- Conduct detailed account follow-up as needed to ensure issue resolution
- Manage returned mail and email by documenting in NLS and contacting customers to update demographic information
Administrative & Support Functions
- Upload documents and correspondence to client accounts
- Participate in special projects as assigned
- Assist in improving processes and ensuring service excellence across the board
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience working in a client service, call center, or financial services environment preferred
- Comfortable working with CRM and database systems (experience with NLS is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and meet performance goals in a high-volume environment
- Strong math and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
