Client Communication & Support

  • Answer inbound client calls and respond to email inquiries
  • Research and provide information regarding client accounts
  • Respond to questions and resolve concerns with clarity and professionalism
  • Initiate and expire ACH payments upon request
  • Calculate accurate payment amounts based on account status
  • Request and process payment and fee adjustments as needed
  • Upload and send client correspondence via email and mail
  • Maintain a minimum average of 50 customer interactions per day
  • Meet or exceed established phone performance metrics


Account Management

  • Thoroughly document all client interactions in NLS (account management system)
  • Conduct detailed account follow-up as needed to ensure issue resolution
  • Manage returned mail and email by documenting in NLS and contacting customers to update demographic information


Administrative & Support Functions

  • Upload documents and correspondence to client accounts
  • Participate in special projects as assigned
  • Assist in improving processes and ensuring service excellence across the board


Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience working in a client service, call center, or financial services environment preferred
  • Comfortable working with CRM and database systems (experience with NLS is a plus)
  • Ability to multitask and meet performance goals in a high-volume environment
  • Strong math and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
