Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
• 5+ years of nursing leadership/management experience preferred
• Long-Term Care experience preferred (Acute/Rehab a plus)
• BLS desired (not required)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Role Overview:
The Director of Nursing oversees all nursing operations, ensuring safe, high-quality, and compliant patient/resident care. Responsible for staffing, clinical leadership, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Assumes Administrator duties as needed.
