HealthCARE Express is adding a Paramedic to our clinic team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on patient care, can move quickly without sacrificing quality, and wants to be part of a supportive, high-energy environment.
Role Overview
You'll work alongside providers and clinical staff to deliver efficient, high-quality care in an urgent care setting. No two days are the same - and that's exactly how you like it.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist providers with patient care and clinical procedures
- Start IVs and administer medications per protocol
- Record vitals and update patient information in real time
- Draw labs and support basic diagnostic testing
- Prepare patients for exams and treatments
- Ensure rooms and equipment are ready for each visit
- Keep documentation accurate and compliant
- Pitch in wherever needed to keep the clinic running smoothly
Work Schedule
- 3–4 shifts per week
- 12-hour shifts (8am-8pm)
- Rotating Saturday coverage (8am-4pm)
Compensation
$25/hour and up, depending on experience
Qualifications
- Active Paramedic certification
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-moving environment
- Strong patient interaction and communication skills
- Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented
- Comfortable with EMR systems and basic tech
