Join Synergis for a 12-week paid internship designed to develop future leaders in the staffing and workforce solutions industry. This immersive program gives you real-world experience with sales tools, client engagement strategies, and more!

What You’ll Experience

Each week is intentionally designed to build your skills in sales, recruiting, and client strategy. You’ll participate in:

  • Orientation & Onboarding – Get access to our core tools and learn the business from the inside out.
  • Sales & Recruitment Lifecycle Training – Shadow intake calls, client meetings, and candidate searches to understand both sides of the staffing model.
  • Tech & Tools Training – Deep dive into industry-standard platforms for CRM, outreach, and prospecting.
  • Marketing & Sales Alignment – Learn how marketing supports lead generation, content creation, and sales enablement.
  • Client Engagement – Attend or help prepare for real networking or sales events.


Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Conducting market and account research
  • Practicing lead generation and qualification strategies
  • Participating in call scripting workshops and mock discovery calls
  • Collaborating with sales and recruiting teams on real-world outreach campaigns
  • Maintaining and updating CRM records (Bullhorn) with lead and client data


We’re seeking enthusiastic, motivated students who are:

  • Involved in Greek life organizations
  • Juniors or Seniors pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or related fields
  • Graduating December 2025 or May 2026
  • Strong communicators who are curious, coachable, and eager to grow
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like LinkedIn, CRMs, and Microsoft Office
  • Interested in exploring staffing, recruiting, B2B sales, or talent acquisition
  • Organized, professional, and capable of working independently
