Sanitas Home Health Care is hiring Spanish-speaking LVNs for home health care cases in Torrance and South Los Angeles.

We are looking for reliable and compassionate nurses to provide 1:1 patient care in a home setting.

Available Shifts:

• Torrance: Monday–Friday (Day shifts)
• South Los Angeles: Monday–Friday (Day shifts)
• Additional cases available

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home
• Medication administration
• Monitor patient condition and vital signs
• G-tube, trach, or basic nursing care (depending on case)
• Communicate with family and care team

✅ Requirements:

• Active LVN License (California)
• Spanish-speaking (required)
• Home health experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
