Location: Irving, TX - 75038
Duration: 6 Months
Shift Timings: 8 am to 5 pm

Looking for (Skills):
Candidate with strong phlebotomy experience and/or medical laboratory background who can work independently in a regulated clinical research environment.
Must have Skills:
- 2–3+ years of hands-on phlebotomy experience (venous and capillary)
- Experience with blood specimen collection and handling
- Familiarity with clinical research protocols
- Knowledge of GCP (Good Clinical Practice) and GDP (Good Documentation Practice)
- Ability to work independently
- National phlebotomy certification or MLT/MLS background
Good to have skills:
- Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) background
- Clinical research experience
- Experience with IRB-regulated studies
- Participant recruitment and informed consent experience
Day to day activity:
- Collect blood specimens from study participants (approx. 5–10 donors per day, 1–2 days/week)
- Perform venous and capillary blood draws
- Assist with participant recruitment and screening
- Administer and document informed consent
- Schedule and coordinate study visits
- Complete and maintain study documentation
- Communicate with study participants, investigators, and occupational health teams
- Report and document adverse events or exposure incidents
Education:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required
- (Master’s degree considered overqualified)
Experience:
Minimum 2–3 years relevant experience in phlebotomy or clinical laboratory setting
Interview:
- Initial phone interview
- Followed by an in-person or video interview
- Overall 1–2 interview rounds depending on the outcome
