Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars for senior leaders
- Coordinate domestic and occasional multi-office travel arrangements
- Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and on time
- Handle a variety of administrative needs, including document preparation, scanning, gifting, meeting room setup, and welcoming visitors
- Support project coordination and follow-up across teams and offices
- Stay one step ahead by anticipating executive needs and proactively solving issues before they arise
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Strong judgment, integrity, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail
- Relationship-driven mindset with the ability to build trust across stakeholders
Job Details:
- Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
- Compensation: $75,000-80,000 annually
- Employment Type: Direct Hire
- Location: Dallas, TX 75204
