Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars for senior leaders
  • Coordinate domestic and occasional multi-office travel arrangements
  • Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and on time
  • Handle a variety of administrative needs, including document preparation, scanning, gifting, meeting room setup, and welcoming visitors
  • Support project coordination and follow-up across teams and offices
  • Stay one step ahead by anticipating executive needs and proactively solving issues before they arise

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • Strong judgment, integrity, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail
  • Relationship-driven mindset with the ability to build trust across stakeholders

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
  • Compensation: $75,000-80,000 annually
  • Employment Type: Direct Hire
  • Location: Dallas, TX 75204
