This position is reporting directly to the Broker and General Manager. This positions requires a person who is professional, extremely organized, detailed oriented and has excellent communication and people skills. A pleasant helpful attitude is also an asset. Administrative duties include knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excell, and Outlook. Telephone skills, scheduling appointments, and the ability to learn specific real estate related programs and websites. Real estate knowledge/experience is a PLUS!
