Job Description Customer Service Representative – 1st Shift Location: Omaha, NE Pay: $20-$22/hour (based on experience)&nbsp;Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift Advance Services, Inc. is hiring a&nbsp;Customer Service Representative&nbsp;to join a dynamic team in Omaha. In this role, you’ll support both customers and sales representatives with day-to-day tasks that help drive business success. Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Handle customer inquiries and troubleshoot orders</li>
<li>Create parts quotes and respond to requests</li>
<li>Support Inside Sales, Outside Sales, and Market Development teams</li>
<li>Communicate with internal departments to fulfill and revise customer orders</li>
<li>Collaborate across departments in a fast-paced, medium-sized organization</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Typing speed of 50+ WPM with high accuracy</li>
<li>Proficiency in Office365 tools</li>
<li>Strong communication and critical thinking skills</li>
<li>Ability to write clear, efficient emails without scripts</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with a high level of diligence</li>
<li>Comfortable working under time pressure and handling interruptions</li>
<li>Confident communicating via phone and email with all levels of the organization</li>
