Customer Service Representative – 1st Shift
Location: Omaha, NE
Pay: $20-$22/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift
Advance Services, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic team in Omaha. In this role, you’ll support both customers and sales representatives with day-to-day tasks that help drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and troubleshoot orders
- Create parts quotes and respond to requests
- Support Inside Sales, Outside Sales, and Market Development teams
- Communicate with internal departments to fulfill and revise customer orders
- Collaborate across departments in a fast-paced, medium-sized organization
Qualifications:
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM with high accuracy
- Proficiency in Office365 tools
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to write clear, efficient emails without scripts
- Detail-oriented with a high level of diligence
- Comfortable working under time pressure and handling interruptions
- Confident communicating via phone and email with all levels of the organization
