Minimum 1+ years Electrophysiology (EP) Lab Technologist experience and RCES or ARRT certification required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A specialized opportunity is available for imaging professionals with expertise as an Electrophysiology (EP) Technologist in a well-equipped Electrophysiology Lab. This contract role is based in Derry, NH, and requires advanced skills in cardiac and critical care settings.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Certification: ARRT, RCIS, or RCES required
- Valid New Hampshire license mandatory
- Advanced critical care and/or cardiac experience preferred
- Certifications Required: ACLS and BLS for RNs
- Experience with EP Lab procedures including pacemaker implants, ICD implants, leadless pacemaker implants, various cardiac ablations, laser lead extractions, and other specialized electrophysiology studies and interventions
Location Details:This role is situated in the Electrophysiology Lab located in Manchester, NH, a vibrant area known for its blend of urban amenities and access to outdoor activities. The lab is equipped with state-of-the-art technologies such as Siemens and Philips X-ray systems, Carto, Rhythmia, and Ensite mapping systems, as well as RF and PFA ablation technology. The environment supports a highly specialized team with strong collaboration and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Perform and support complex EP procedures including various cardiac device implants and ablations
- Utilize advanced EP technology and documentation systems such as EP Claris Nurse Scribe
- Adhere to unit protocols regarding dress code including OR scrubs and appropriate footwear
- Work a schedule of four 10-hour days (7:00 AM to 5:30 PM), with no weekends, no major holidays, no call, and minimal late shifts as needed
- Maintain high standards for patient experience and safety within the lab environment
