Job DescriptionAdministrative Secretary
Company Overview: Our client at OCPS is seeking the Administrative Secretary to perform complex clerical and data entry work assisting with various compliance transactions.
Position Summary: The successful candidate must have at least 2 years of clerical, administrative and data entry experience within criminal justice, law enforcement, human resources, or an academic setting.
Start Date: ASAP
Work hours: 7:30am - 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday
Work form: On-site
Key Responsibilities:
•Answering phones and greeting/responding to visitors at the door in a professional and courteous manner.•Managing email communications, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.•Performing accurate and consistent data entry for case files and other documentation.•Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining clear,empathetic communication with both internal and external stakeholders.•Demonstrating computer literacy ,standard office software.•Applying strong organizational skills to manage case documents, deadlines, and scheduling.•Practicing effective time management to meet investigation and reporting deadlines.•Showing high attention to detail in all aspects of clerical and data work.•Displaying a high level of motivation and initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Conducting internet or internal system research to gather and compile data as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
•
High school diploma or GED required
•
At least 2 years of data entry experience in criminal justice or law enforcement program, HR and school-based highly preferred
•
Able to utilize MS office suite programs
