Miami, FL (Doral Area)

$15 – $17/hour + Monthly Commissions + Monthly Bonuses

Full-Time & Part-Time Available

Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven Account Executive focused on B2B sales and client acquisition. This role is primarily sales-focused, with involvement in coordinating candidates and managing accounts from start to finish.

If you’re confident on the phone, organized, and motivated to earn, this is a strong opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Make outbound calls to local businesses (B2B outreach)
  • Identify business needs and present our services
  • Set appointments and generate new business
  • Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships
  • Manage accounts from initial contact through fulfillment
  • Work directly with candidates: sourcing, screening, and coordinating placements
  • Track calls, leads, and activity

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) REQUIRED
  • Must be located in the Miami-Dade area
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
  • Sales or telemarketing experience preferred
  • Organized and goal-oriented
  • Reliable and consistent

Compensation & Growth:

  • $15 – $17/hour base
  • Monthly commissions
  • Monthly bonuses
