Account Executive (B2B Sales)
Miami, FL (Doral Area)
$15 – $17/hour + Monthly Commissions + Monthly Bonuses

Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven Account Executive focused on B2B sales and client acquisition. This role is primarily sales-focused, with involvement in coordinating candidates and managing accounts from start to finish.
If you’re confident on the phone, organized, and motivated to earn, this is a strong opportunity.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Make outbound calls to local businesses (B2B outreach)
- Identify business needs and present our services
- Set appointments and generate new business
- Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships
- Manage accounts from initial contact through fulfillment
- Work directly with candidates: sourcing, screening, and coordinating placements
- Track calls, leads, and activity
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) REQUIRED
- Must be located in the Miami-Dade area
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Sales or telemarketing experience preferred
- Organized and goal-oriented
- Reliable and consistent
Compensation & Growth:
- $15 – $17/hour base
- Monthly commissions
- Monthly bonuses
